Camp Coordinator

Roy Hallenbeck is in his 20th year as Head Baseball Coach at Millville High School. In his 20 year career he has amassed over 300 career wins against the top competition in South Jersey. In 2011 the Thunderbolts won the programs first ever South Jersey Group IV Championship. His teams have appeared in seven Diamond Classic tournaments, four Tournament of Champions, and won three consecutive Cape Atlantic American Conference championships. Under Hallenbeck, the Thunderbolts also set the school record for wins in a season with 22 in 2009, and 2010, and won a Division title in 2002. His teams have appeared in the play-offs twelve out of his fourteen seasons. For his efforts, Hallenbeck was named the South Jersey Baseball Coaches Association Coach of the Year in 2008, the Mid-Atlantic Scouts Association Coach of the Year in 2009, and the American Baseball Coaches Association Regional Coach of the Year in 2009 and again in 2010.

Prior to coming to Millville, Hallenbeck worked for three years as an assistant coach at Division I Drexel University. There he served as hitting instructor and was responsible for the scouting and recruiting of high school players up and down the east coast. The Millville Baseball Program is proud of the fact that many athletes move on to play at the next level!
